Returns Policy
At Double Six Drinks, we accept returns only in the event of damage or if you receive an incorrect item. Our goal is to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shop@doublesixdrinks.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Be sure to include details of the issue and any supporting photographs to help us resolve the matter promptly.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for any other reason, including changes of mind. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to damage or incorrect items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at shop@doublesixdrinks.com.
