Shipping policy
We do our best to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday on the same day, though this may not always be possible during busier times. Once your order has been shipped, our courier partner, DPD, aims to deliver it on the next working day.
You’ll receive an email from DPD with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date it was placed, unless the product is personalised or marked as non-returnable. To cancel, contact us via email or phone before the cancellation period expires.
If you have received the order, return the product(s) to us. You are responsible for the cost and condition of the return unless the items were delivered in error or are defective. Ensure the items are adequately packaged and insured for transit.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Damaged Parcels: If your parcel shows visible damage at delivery, do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it to us.
- Damaged Goods: Report any faults immediately to our team. Provide photographs of the damage, including the packaging, for insurance purposes.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
- Lost Goods: In the unlikely event of lost goods, we will arrange a replacement if available. If the item is discontinued, you will be reimbursed for the item’s cost only.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery. However, we can assist if you wish to arrange for collection and shipping through a third-party service. Please contact us to discuss further.
Our Packaging
We use courier-approved PulpSafe transit packs for eco-friendly shipping. PulpSafe is made from recycled materials, is biodegradable within 6 months, and can be recycled in standard household recycling bins.
