Our unique Yorkshire forced rhubarb liqueur. Rhubacello is a celebration of the very finest produce of the county.

The protected designation of origin (PDO) rhubarb is exclusively grown by candlelight in the world famous Yorkshire Triangle.

We blend the pressed juice of the bright pink, sweet stems with British wheat spirit and cane sugar to make a deliciously true rhubarb liqueur.
