Collection: Fanny Fougerat

Meet Fanny Fougerat, an independent French winemaker and distiller whose family has worked in Cognac for four generations. She launched her own range in 2013, giving each parcel and each lot its own identity.

Explore Cognacs, fresh Pineaux des Charentes and an unwooded eau-de-vie, with tasting notes and serving suggestions to help you choose. Double Six is the importer and distributor, not the producer.

Cognac, Pineau and eau-de-vie: what’s the difference?

Cognac is a grape spirit made by distilling wine and maturing the resulting eau-de-vie in oak. Explore Fanny Fougerat’s Cognacs for a spirit-led pour.

Pineau des Charentes is a fortified wine: grape must is blended with Cognac eau-de-vie. It is a different style from Cognac, with a wine-led character.

Alma Mater is an unwooded grape eau-de-vie, distinct from both Cognac and Pineau. Enjoy it neat or follow the serve and mixing suggestions on its product page.
