What is it?

A citrus-led gin distilled from British winter wheat spirit with traditional gin botanicals and dried bergamot peel.

How is it made?

The citrus components of the London Dry Gin recipe are increased before each small batch is distilled with additional dried bergamot peel on a copper alembic still.

What does it taste like?

Bright, fresh and aromatic, with bold bergamot over lemon and juniper.

How do I drink it?

Stir into a Negroni or serve long in a Tom Collins.

Delivery
